How do I change my account information?

You can do this by contacting our customer service team. If you need to partially change your date of birth, or have made a mistake in your personal data, then when contacting us, just indicate the reason for the information change and provide the new data.


 If you need to completely change your date of birth, phone number, email address, or first/middle/last name, along with the reason for the data change, you'll need to send a selfie with an identification document, a photograph of the document on both sides, and a piece of paper with the current date and the text "DiceBet" written on it. The photograph should be of good quality, with the document held at face height.
