 To temporarily close your account: Open the "RESPONSIBLE GAMING" page in your account, select "LOCK UNTIL FUNCTION'' and choose one of the options indicating the desired time and reason.



 To permanently close your account:

 Open the "RESPONSIBLE GAMING" page in your account, select "LOCK INDEFINITELY FUNCTION" and choose one of the options with the desired time and reason.

 The Client may instruct the company to block his/her account and registration at any time to completely exclude him/her from participating in gambling with the company.

 The customer can determine the period of blocking himself/herself, e.g. for a week, a month, three months or an unlimited period of time. At the end of the blocking period, the customer can gamble again. The decision to block an account cannot be reversed by the client during the blocking period. If the customer instructs the account and its registration to be blocked indefinitely, the account will be blocked for a minimum of six mi the account is blocked indefinitely, then for the next six months after the account is re-opened, the customer will have limited access to marketing activities conducted by the company, at the company's discretion.
