There are situations where the odds of your bet may vary from the odds that were available at the time you placed it. This disparity can occur for a variety of reasons, which are detailed below:
- Void bet: A bet can be canceled for various reasons, such as event postponement or cancellation, technical issues, duplicate bets, inability to confirm the final result of an event, among others. In the case of a single bet, the total amount is refunded. For multiple bets, the voided bet is adjusted to odds of 1, not affecting the winnings of the other bets and not considered in the final calculation.
- Asian Handicap: A bet in the Asian market presents 5 possible outcomes, which are: Win, Refund, Loss, Half Loss, and Half Win. When the result is a half win or half loss, the potential winnings are adjusted, as it is directly related to the calculation made in the Handicap.
- If you have further questions about why you did not receive the total potential winnings of your bet, we recommend consulting our Betting Rules or contacting our Customer Service.
